We’re excited to announce the launch of the Forum Ventures Venture Studio—a new program designed to co-create and invest in AI-native startups from day zero.

Over the past decade, Forum has backed hundreds of early-stage B2B SaaS founders through our accelerator and pre-seed fund. With the pace of AI development accelerating, and more technical builders launching companies earlier than ever, we’re evolving our model to meet founders even sooner, before there’s a company, or even a defined idea.

Everything You Need to Build from Day Zero

The Studio is our way of building alongside exceptional talent from the ground up. Founders who join will receive $250K in capital and a dedicated early team to validate market opportunities, shape go-to-market strategy, raise a pre-seed round, and make key early hires. We’re bringing together everything a founder needs in the first critical stretch: a venture builder working side-by-side, access to engineering and product talent, help with hiring, and hands-on fundraising guidance.

We’ll launch 6 AI-first companies each year through the Studio. Each one will be rooted in founder-market fit, rigorous market insight, rapid learning cycles, and a clear roadmap to solving real-world problems with emerging AI capabilities.

Meet Alice Krenitski, Head of Studio

To lead this effort, we’re thrilled to welcome Alice Krenitski as our Head of Studio. Formerly Head of Business Design at Human Ventures, Alice brings deep experience in product development, venture design, and early-stage company building. She’ll work directly with our founders to take ideas from concept to company: strategically, efficiently, and always with founder-first empathy.

A Launchpad for the Next Generation of AI Startups

Our goal is simple: help the next generation of AI-native founders go further, faster. For the right entrepreneurial minds, this is a chance to launch with a validated concept, a real product, and momentum from day one.

The Forum team is made up of former founders, early operators, and seasoned venture builders. We’re drawing on decades of 0-to-1 experience to build companies hand-in-hand with our Studio founders. We’re not just investing, we’re in the trenches with you.

We can’t wait to see what gets built.

For Founders Who Are Ready to Move

If you’re an ambitious builder with a lived problem or a breakthrough AI-native idea—and you’re ready to create something from scratch with a dedicated team—we’d love to hear from you. Learn more at www.forumvc.com/ai-studio.
