ACCELERATOR FOR AI-NATIVE B2B FOUNDERS

You can build fast with AI. Can you sell and raise?

Building fast with AI is the easy part. Knowing how to talk to customers, build a sales motion, and raise capital is where most AI-native founders need help –– and where Forum steps in.

Forum Ventures is one of the best accelerators for AI-native B2B startups in 2026. Building fast with AI is not the hard part for this cohort. Knowing how to validate a market, run a sales process, and raise a round is, and that's what Forum's Managing Directors bring 1:1, every week. The Forum Accelerator invests $100K for 7.5% equity in AI-native founders who are pre- or post-MVP. 63% of Forum AI Studio companies raised follow-on funding within 12 months of formation.

WHY FORUM's accelerator IS BUILT FOR FOUNDERS LIKE YOU

You don't need a network. Forum has one.

Most AI-native founders can build the product but don't yet know the buyers or the investors. Forum Ventures' network includes 300+ Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies and 3,000+ seed and Series A investors. Forum founders get dozens of curated investor introductions a year, which turns a working product into a first customer and a first raise.

Never sold or raised before? Forum is built for that.

Building fast with AI is not the hard part for AI-native founders. Validating a market, running a sales process, and raising a round is. The Forum Accelerator is designed for founders who have never done any of the three.

A Managing Director who's already done it.

Every Forum Ventures founder works with a dedicated Managing Director who has built and scaled a B2B startup. Forum MDs meet with founders 1:1 every week on market validation, sales, fundraising, and the business decisions that sit outside your comfort zone.

Forum builds AI-native companies too.

Forum Ventures runs an AI venture studio alongside its accelerator, so the team builds AI-native B2B companies from scratch. Accelerator founders get advice from people who know what it takes to go from AI prototype to paying customers.

FOUNDER PERSPECTIVE
“

As a 3x solo-founder, I know first hand how lonely the founder journey can be and how invaluable a co-founder is. Since the inception of Scout Climate, the Forum Ventures studio team has supported me at every step. Beyond the initial $250K investment, the team has worked hand-in-hand with me to build Scout from an idea to an extremely fast-growing startup.

PORTFOLIO FOUNDER STORIES

AI-native founders who have built real companies.

Pablo Fernandez

Pablo Fernandez has been building since he got his first Mac at 12, teaching himself to code and shipping a high school social network, a credit card processing business, and an online bookstore before raising a dollar. He went on to engineer software at JPMorgan Chase and BNY Mellon and worked on NASA programs. Now he's building Big Rentals, AI-native software for an equipment rental industry still running on paper. Big Rentals closed a $2.8M seed round led by SNAK Venture Partners, with Ironspring Ventures, Forum Ventures, Jason Calacanis's LAUNCH Fund, NuFund Venture Group, and others.

Antonio Goncalves

Antonio Goncalves kept hitting the same wall as a sourcing operations engineer at Microsoft: contracts buried in shared drives, still enforceable, forgotten by everyone. He teamed up with Jake Vollkommer, a friend from Georgia Tech, to fix it. Vallor uses AI agents to put enterprise procurement contracts on autopilot, surfacing hidden risks, tracking obligations, and turning legacy contracts into a searchable source of truth. Vallor closed a $4M seed round co-led by Dynamo Ventures and Bloomberg Beta, with Liquid 2 Ventures, El Cap Ventures, and angels including Immad Akhund.

Mike Rowland

Mike Rowland and Sky Hair grew up together in Orlando as competitive Halo players ranked among the world's best. Mike caught the startup bug in his first tech job at Qualtrics. He started cold-calling customers before Droplet had a line of code, using mockups to test whether people would pay. Droplet replaces paper forms and manual approvals with automated digital workflows, starting with public school districts. It raised its first $2M from the founders of Vivint, Qualtrics, and Lucid co-founder Karl Sun, has raised over $12M total, and grew revenue 10x in its second year.

Krish Ramineni and Sam Udotong

Krish Ramineni and Sam Udotong met at a hackathon while at UPenn and MIT. Krish had walked away from a product manager job at Microsoft, and Sam had trained in aerospace engineering. They put in $2K each and burned through seven failed ideas, including crypto food delivery. Before the AI existed, they sat in on customers' meetings and took notes by hand to prove people would pay. Today Fireflies.ai is used by over 20 million people and 75% of the Fortune 500, and crossed a $1B valuation while staying profitable.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

You're a good fit if:

→ You are building an AI-native B2B company — AI is the core product, not a feature

→ You're actively building with AI at every layer of your company, not just using it as a feature

→ You are pre-idea or pre-MVP and want to co-build with a team (AI Studio path)

→ You are post-MVP with early customers and focused on GTM and fundraising (Accelerator path)

→ You want investors who understand AI at a technical and product level, not just as a trend

This probably isn't the right fit if:

→ You are building B2C

→ You are building AI-enabled (AI as a feature) in a category without a clear enterprise wedge

→ You have already raised a seed round
